Responsibilities
Networks and infrastructure
- Design, installation and maintenance of computer networks
- Configuration of network devices - routers, switches, access points
- Remote helpdesk and mobile on-site customer support
- Independent visits to customers - diagnosing and fixing network and hardware faults
- Looking after cybersecurity and the protection of company data
Sales and fiscal systems
- Deploying sales systems in shops and restaurants
- Customer support for ERP and sales systems - training and troubleshooting
- Reading, editing and migrating the SQL databases used by ERP software
- Installing and configuring database engines - AdminSQL, Microsoft SQL Server
- Servicing, configuring and fiscalizing fiscal devices (Novitus certification, ID NOV/KX4)
- Integrating PolCard payment terminals with sales systems and fiscal registers
- Servicing and configuring labeling scales, price checkers and data collectors
- Designing labels for industrial printers - configuration and servicing
Hardware and internal support
- Servicing and configuring computer hardware - PCs, laptops, point-of-sale stations
- Configuring and maintaining the company's internal ticketing system
- Keeping technical and service documentation within the company
- Solving IT problems reported by other employees of the company
- Working with the team on large deployments
- Using artificial intelligence to improve company processes and support day-to-day work
Marketing and customer contact
- Running the company's social media (Facebook, Instagram) - designing graphics and reels
- Direct contact and customer service
